MEET DANA

your partner in change.

Life is always asking something of you...to adapt, to let go, to learn, to begin again, to become someone new. Somewhere in all of that change, it’s easy to lose the thread back to yourself.

Life transition coaching is for the in-between seasons, when the way things have been no longer quite fits, but what comes next hasn’t fully taken shape yet.

Sometimes the transition is obvious: divorce, a career change, an empty nest, a new relationship, a move, loss, retirement, or becoming a parent. Other times, nothing on the outside has changed at all. You just know something feels different.

Your priorities are shifting. You may notice you are outgrowing a role that once fit comfortably or maybe you’re questioning things you used to feel certain about. The life you built may still be a good one, but you’re beginning to wonder whether it still reflects who you are.

Coaching helps you make sense of what is changing, connect with what matters to you now, and begin moving forward. Together, we look at what you may be ready to release, what you want to carry forward, and what you want to create in your life, then turn that awareness into choices, structure, and action.

You don’t need to have your next chapter figured out before you begin.

You just need a willingness to get curious about what is changing and the courage to participate in what comes next.

Whether you’re looking for practical tools to guide yourself through change or deeper support through 1:1 coaching, you’ll find resources here to help you move through transition without losing yourself in the process. I'm so glad you're here!
